A wonderful Costa Rican bean roasted past the first crack but cooled just before the second.  The beans are a deep brown color, shiny with released oils.  Costa Rican beans are always 100% Arabica.  They grow in an ideal coffee climate - a mountainous region enriched by volcanic ash.  A smooth, robust  coffee with hints of chocolate and citrus...a Wild Women favorite!
