Yes! And no. The milder one, Cool Beans Decaf is naturally decaffeinated using the Swiss water decaffeination process. The bolder choice, DeBest Decaf is not.

Unless noted, our coffees are a medium grind which is suitable for most coffee makers but is not recommended for espresso machines or French presses (plunge pots). If you need a fine grind (espresso maker) or course grind (French press), send an email when you place your order and we will custom grind.

Any amount qualifies! If a woman is Wise, Independent, Lively and Daring then she qualifies! Although we highlight some famous and legendary women on our blog, the truth is that wild women are all around us. We two strive to be (responsibly) wild whenever we can. So, we wear sunscreen and seatbelts, but are otherwise unfettered and out for fun!

You should do neither! The coffee you receive from us was roasted only days (or maybe a week) ago. Store it in a light-proof container (clear glass works if it's stored in a cabinet) in a cool, dark place and the coffee will bloom beautifully for weeks to come. Unopened bags will stay fresh for up to 6 months. (A lot of commercial coffee is over 6 months old before it even goes to market.) Note: the coffee will not go bad after that, if just won't taste as good. Fresh is our focus!
